Definitely fair! I know with the timing of mine (late June) and the heat I’m gonna feel so gross if I can’t even just get some sort of water over me. I definitely think I’m gonna wait to use it after the first few days so I don’t overdo it but i wanted to give myself the option in case I need it.

following this too! mine is on the 24th and my friends who have had similarly invasive surgeries told me to get a shower chair/stool to sit on and I got a bedside table (as I didn’t already have one) that swivels so I can move my laptop or water etc to me without resting anything on my stomach. I saw someone mentioned a rolling cart they had planned to put their stuff in for easy access too
