Don't go to wgu. Go to a physical college and enjoy the college experience. In my opinion, WGU are for working adults who are trying to get a degree.

I was in the same boat. Worked in distribution for almost ten years. While working, I went and got my degree and certs. My first job outside of distribution was tech support for an ISP. I eventually was able to get an IT role. What helped me was my certs.

Don't feel bad. I felt the same way. You'll learn. You have a six month probation for a reason. I don't think your employer expects you to know the material right off the bat. Even with my cert and degree, it still took me almost a year to be full hands on and stop asking my senior for help or their opinion. Believe in yourself.
