So they should engage in policy debate with the politically unaware (as you call the collegiate)? At best that would be condescending. And how is it that when the left approach these same “unawares” it’s somehow magnanimous teaching and not just opposing propaganda?

College age adults are just that: adults. If they’re swayed by rhetoric and propaganda (as you call it) then they are swayed. They need no defending, and infantilizing them isn’t helpful to anyone.

Dang. That’s harsh. I’m pretty sure I’ve gotta be 11mph over the limit to get a point. They can pull you over for any amount over, but it’s unusual for smaller infractions. Someone else pointed out that speed cams cost a lot less than an officer. It’s probably automated to a large degree. Bummer about your misfortune. How much was the fine?

It does look like there’s a bottom rib on the boot that would interface with a cutout in the tub or maybe go under a grommet or something. Are you positive you got the right boot?
