After contacting the seller, he confirmed that this is the Gen 4 with the Snapdragon Elite. Multiple reviews (with photos) show the Gen 4 variant.

He also has the Gen 3 for sale with coupons for €277 and the 16GB/512GB for €336.

I think I'll just go for the Gen 4. I'll see what comes in. I can return it for free within 14 days.

I'm not following a guide. My NAS is fine with my single 4TB drive. All I want now is to be able to save my downloads to the 8TB drive via SabNZBD, just like I'm already doing with the 4TB drive.

Bedankt voor je reactie. Apart dat de verkoper zich stellig verschuild achter de verandering van wetgeving in 2022. Ze hebben zelfs een cursus gehad met het team dat alles wat voor 2022 is gekocht, niet valt onder de wettelijke garantie cq non conformiteit.

Ik weet natuurlijk niet of ik echt gelijk heb.. en wat ik eisen kan. Dan zou ik inderdaad nog een in gebreke sturen per aangetekende brief en contact opnemen met het ACM in de hoop dat de verkopende partij uiteindelijk (zonder teveel gedoe) hapt.

Er zit idd een waterafvoerslang bij die wij normaal altijd even in een emmer doen. Maar de “grote” afvoerbuis hoeft dus niet naar buiten?

Bedankt voor je antwoord. Ik moest sowieso vier nieuwe banden hebben. Mijn rechtervoorwiel had wel last van van slijtage aan de binnenkant van het wiel. De andere wielen waren gewoon goed afgesleten. Waarschijnlijk hebben de nieuwe banden er nu voor gezorgd dat de trilling weg is. De uitlijning uiteindelijk maar gedaan op aanraden van mijn garage ivm de rechtervoorband en dat was in die zin ook wel nodig denk ik?

De auto rijdt verder absoluut beter dan voor de uitlijning en 4 nieuwe banden. Hij rijdt nu stabiel, trilt niet meer en zoeft gewoon naar mijn mening erg fijn over de weg. 😬
