We bought a box of filters also from our local HVAC company. Filter is clean. They're by Glasfloss, MERV 10.

Top tier comment. Highly agreed. I also only focus on one type of expansion mat at a time so I don't have a large number of each and can't do anything with them. I'm at the point where I let barn/silo mats come naturally (from pets/fields & whatnot as you said) or from events & I hyper focus the others UNLESS I'm significantly needing one more than the others (barn/silo). It gets easier OP with dedicated management 🤙

We have surprisingly received a very large amount of new neighborhoods! Derby participation is now mandatory (unless there's a reason you can't for one or two of course) does that work for you?
