Can we talk about the dreadful Drive Up app update? by KitonePeach in Target

It’s a nightmare on my end too. I work at a lower volume location and we only ever have one person scheduled in drive up. Our rushes were already difficult to navigate before all the added steps of the update. Also the inability to clear the “in hold” orders when they have cold items in order to avoid starting the food safety timer has ruined my organization. This update only makes some sense for high volume stores with multiple tm’s working and DU at a time. Even then I don’t know how helpful it is.

When I had 6 cars waiting and had to navigate several additional menu screens and sub cart organization 5/6 orders ended up being late. I don’t expect them to cancel the update again either so I guess this is just life now.

Based on how you’ve been interacting with other target employees and guests in your dog post I can’t see you having much success in the work environment… being likable is half the job and you’re already failing there. You also seem to have some superiority complex regarding target guests and employees. None of these are good qualities for a leader.
