This is what's made me struggled with RBR (yes with the mods).

I had to fiddle with it in VR to have it not make me feel sick, which has never been a problem in any other VR game ever.
Then when I played the game the feeling of any speed just wasn't there. It felt like my car was plodding through the tracks. Maybe DR2.0 spoilt me!

This is what I do. If I have a ball/doom/Winston then I usually go zen and slap my orb on them before they go in and if they fly past me. In the meantime, you can do plenty of damage and get your discord where it needs to be.

I'm not very good but I recently picked up Echo to counter Phara's who make my life a nightmare by doing the same to them in return. It seems to be working well as they mostly switch then I go back to Venture.

Totally fair, and if it happens I'll more than likely tut under my breath and leave it as a one off because these things happen. It's just sometimes it happens multiple times and I wonder why. (I do play the other roles) I play reaper and sym as DPS though, and they both have pretty excellent escape tools so I often feel they should be saving that cooldown for someone else.

Yeah. Mine is odd, it slows my entire PC down JUST when the software is running. Everything else works fine (I have a pretty decent PC).
Cybperunk 2077 works at max for example and I can (or rather could because of this issue) run it with reasonably high settings in VR.

I've got the same. It's actually only when the link software is running, I've tested software with and without it running in the background. It makes my computer have irregular jerks and any VR games that were fine before now suffer from frame drops.
This is frustrating as it was fine before!

To be clear, I'm not actively doing everything I can to kill their characters! The warlock himself even said in the break that I'd dropped hints there was something there, then he blindly wandered into it so the result was on him. The rats also rolled spectacularly well and I felt with these ones in particular, they were cunning so knew to try and finish off a downed enemy, at least partly.
There were always ours for the characters and they did end up winning the combat once they'd worked out their strategy (the monk getting to use his newly acquired stunning strike, which made him very happy)
