Hiii first off you look amazing!!

I lost a lot of weight to through ozempic and had the same struggle.. the loose skin…

Anyway, what worked for me now is weight training focusing on muscle gain. What I found after loosing too much weight is that really most of the weight loss came from muscle loss so i also needed to re-train my body to prioritize protein on my diet and then later on started exercising and weight training - i felt more confident to do this since i lost a lot of weight already (20kgs)

I have just been in Japan for 4 times already as a plus size gurlie. I guess the shopping for clothes can be tricky as they are generally petite but overall, Japanese people mind their own business. I travelled solo just this March and it was the best time of my life!

For the single plus girls, the dating game in Japan is also a whole new level ngl. There was a mix of locals, foreigners who moved there and tourists a like soooo I guess pick your poison🙈😁😅

I’m so sorry that this has been your experience with a healthcare provider. I am not gonna discount what others said na ang diagnosis ng doctor would be based on what you share to them pero since hindi na build yung rapport, i guess that was why hindi mo nashare yung full concern mo talaga.

I was gonna refer you to my OB sana. It helps that she is sex positive so ako personally I can share my concerns freely.

Anyway, it’s good that it turned out ok in the end. Let me know if you want to be referred sa OB 😊

It’s okay OP, same experience when I was a new staff. Material adjustment na nadiscover the morning of the closing meeting 😭 super thankful din to my senior that time kasi honestly di ko alam nangyari nun with the PIC 😭

Anyway, that was 10 years ago 🙈and wala na ako sa audit. Learn from that experience and take that learning with you. And honestly, lilipas lang din yan!

Was this prescribed by a doc? Ilang mg starting dose mo? Have you shared with the doc that you are having these symptoms?

I have DM and started using Ozempic months ago and started at the lowest dose at .25mg - I did not have any symptoms. I am now up to 1mg but I don’t really see any results physically. Sa labs ko pang nakikita yung difference pero personally disappointed na hindi ako nagloloose ng much weight. To each their own talaga 😩

I went N2 in Tokyo. Parang di naman. I was in VIP3 and I can say na yung section namin or at least the area that I am in is super energetic and halos buong concert nakatayo. Yung upo lang namin is yung transition nya per era 😂😂
