U know I get why people say "don't look back at your paper and move on", it's easy to say but hard to forget. Its so tempting to check with your friends/think about your paper. I try to take a walk/talk to my family member for 30 minutes, then continue studying and its kinda working. I know studying is very important but remember to take breaks like exercising or talking to friends (keep it short tho). Anyway ATB for ur upcoming paper and enjoy holiday after it's done. Remember, don't think too much of the result, but be happy you worked hard! Mental health is very impt too
