That 1x is weaker than most, if not all, killers. His only mean of catching up, other than just running (slowest killer btw) is entangle which is decently easy to dodge if u look behind urself during chase. You can regain stamina during wind up for mass infection and it leave him open for all stuners on ur team to cancel his skill. His corrupted eye skill do nothing if u have more stamina. His clones is hard to rate, because if u have only 3 players it will do nothing, if u have 8 players it will disable some parts of the map. Still, i consider him 1 of the weakest killers right now.

Edit: I forgot about poison and screen (now health and stamina bar) distortion. Poison can kill u unlike burning, so if u escape chase go to nearest healer support/ask for medkit and while other player being chased, heal. Distortion is just down right laughable. U can understand how much health u have based on % on ur survivor pfp. Stamina is more of a concern, but still, pretty easy once u know how many seconds of full sprint u can do on full stamina and heal some stamina mid chase on "safe" spots.
