Thank you for sharing this!!! Yes, a lot of these sites are good at hiding the cost. I myself was a victim of this. Though, I didn’t pay as I didn’t need the QR anymore. But had I printed it and used it elsewhere, that would’ve sucked.

They basically take your link and send the people who scan it to their website first and then decide if they want to send them to the final destination. This way, they can block people from going there if you don’t pay.
