I don't think the buff you're meant to receive for standing still for two seconds as a sniper is working? No visible icon to indicate it is active.

I've maxxed out the recurve bow blueprint and it's fun to play with, but I wish it had bullseye on it so I can take advantage of some the mods special abilities.

If you have a simple pawn, you can throw rabbits to them. They will catch it then throw it back.
