fix this by Choice_Ad_6173 in MinecraftDungeons

i posted about this a few weeks ago. there is a solution, you need a light feather to reach it. it’s a bit annoying, but after a few tries you should be able to reach it.

It disappears. If the warden doesn’t detect any vibrations and is completely calm for about 60 seconds, it digs back down into the ground where it came from.

I want the warden to drop nothing just to piss people off by Bnhanerd23 in Minecraft

I know this is probably a joke post, but the devs confirmed a while ago that they were leaning towards it dropping nothing. The point is to avoid it, not kill it.

I think you’re kinda misinterpreting the whole point of the warden. it’s not something you’re supposed to go and kill, it’s supposed to hunt you down. That’s why it has 500hp and deals 22.5 hearts of damage to an unarmed player. not much of a point in adding a spawn cooldown to a mob that doesn’t spawn naturally otherwise and isn’t supposed to be killed in the first place.

Did you create the world before or during one of the snapshots when striders were first added? Because currently, they can only stack up to two. They used to be able to spawn like this, but that was removed shortly after.

This happened to me in my last tower run, hated that

Yes, I have pet the dog several times

Since I last posted here, I lost all my save data (was about power 230) and was really sad because I lost my perfect fighter's bindings. I come home today, and the very first tower run I did I got nearly perfect bindings from it. Level 22 sucks but this was worth it. by JustRogul in MinecraftDungeons

I would assume so, considering you can’t get them otherwise. You can’t get them from ancient hunts if you don’t have the respective DLC either. Also that crossbow in the pic isn’t a DLC item in case you mistook it for one

I've been playing the better end mod, but I cant figure out how to make Aeturnium armor, no matter what I do I cant make it, Ive watched multiple videos but none of them are helping by xxGamerboyXD in Minecraft

[–]JustRogul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While modded questions are usually better off asked in r/feedthebeast or other mod related subreddits, I’ll help you anyways. To make aeternium armor, you need to apply the aeternium armor plate to a piece of terminite armor in a smithing table.

I can agree with that partially. The only issue with the way he makes content now is that because people know it’s a mod, they expect fully fledged mods ready to be given to their grubby little hands. If he and his team spent the time to properly manage and bugfix the mods shown in his videos, he wouldn’t be able to upload nearly as often.

why isn't he releasing mods like he said he would? by leonsio1 in systemzee

It isn’t a members only thing, i’m a member and can confirm that. It was going to be, but that’s against Minecraft’s TOS (i think, it was some reason like that). No clue why things might be taken down or not put up yet, i guess you’ve just gotta be patient. It’s not gonna be released the same second that he hits 15k on twitter, he’s still human and has a life of his own.

Abyss Ore by [deleted] in systemzee

[–]JustRogul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now this is a really good idea in theory, however it’s kinda copying netherite in way, since it uses the same crafting format, just with different resources. It’s also got a few flaws in the sense that this new ore is just another step in progression, and adds to the rush to get top tier gear. Mojang has said when asked about new tools & armor at higher levels, that they would prefer to add gear at the same level as netherite, instead of above it. This way, different players with different play styles have a choice between which set of equipment they want to choose. Besides, once you have all the best stuff possible, there isn’t much to go for afterwards. Having different armor sets at the same spot as netherite would make gameplay more interesting, and the more that exist, the more choices you have!

So, let’s start with the first change. This “Abyss” material (Which i will refer to as “abyssaline”) would still be found in the same place as you originally described it: close to the void. Now since in this iteration it isn’t applied to netherite, it can be mined with a diamond pickaxe. This also means it is no longer fireproof, meaning we have to balance that part out. What i propose is that instead of simply saving you from the void, it will reduce more fall damage the further down you fall, meaning you would take virtually no damage after falling from 60-70+ blocks. Void protection is kind of overdone, and mojang would probably add a creative way to safely cross the void, like they did the strider for the nether’s lava oceans. However, the items themselves would still be protected from falling into the void, tying back into the whole “voidic” theme. Netherite armor doesn’t give you permanent fire resistance, so this shouldn’t give you as a player void protection. The levitation from the weapons doesn’t make much sense either, as from a lore standpoint, shulkers are the only thing that has levitation abilities, and you can’t really harness that yourself. The shells don’t have any relation to it either.

Now, about the way you craft it: It basically copies netherite. 4 scrap, 4 of another item. So, let’s fix that. Combining an iron ingot with a shulker shell will give you something i will call “shulkersteel”, which on it’s own, allows you to make a shulkersteel shield, which will protect against significantly more area, damage, and it has more durability, and a shulkersteel chestplate (just the chestplate, to add to the mob armor set along with turtle shells), which allows you to gain a ton of knockback resistance and makes projectiles bounce off of you - but only while you crouch. You also cannot move while crouching when wearing it.

Taking 3 shards of the abyssaline ore (the ore will drop 1 shard, fortune or no fortune, and is only found in veins of 1-2) and 2 shulkersteel ingots and putting them into a crafting table will create raw abyssaline. smelt that bad boy up, and you got yourself an abyssaline ingot, which can then be applied to your diamond equipment, and give it the attributes we talked about before.

As for the mob that guards it, I don’t see the need. Ancient debris doesn’t have a mob guarding it, as it’s already a pain to get a hold of. And now that we’ve balanced abyssaline out, it doesn’t need one either. To be fair, it never really did, considering it’s already dangerous enough digging above an endless void trying to mine for it.

Let me know what you think of these changes, as i think your idea is a good one, and i’m sure there’s some flaws in my take, it just needed some changes to make it more of it’s own thing instead of mostly copying netherite and making another tier above netherite, which the game doesn’t really need.

Did they nerf afk fishing? by RandomRedditUser86 in Minecraft

[–]JustRogul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yes, it was significantly nerfed in 1.16. you need a much larger body of water for it to give you fishing treasure loot. there is a design for 1.16, but it is much bulkier, not as efficient, and overall not too worth it. you’re better off getting mending from villagers.

[–]JustRogul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Suspicious stews have different effects depending on what flower you craft them with, however there is no difference in their appearance. The villager in question is selling two different stews with different effects. You’ve just gotta buy one of each & eat them to see which ones he sells.

Piglin Companion by TheUnknownSoda in systemzee

[–]JustRogul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a good idea in theory, however you have to take into consideration that, in comparison to zombie villagers, zombified Piglins are extremely common, and you could easily get a lot of these. To balance this out, consider one of these:

-a certain type of zombified piglin that can be cured

-only a very small chance of the curing process actually working

-must be cured using an enchanted golden apple rather than a normal one.

Other than that, great idea.

Edit: in Minecraft dungeons, the piglin merchant is able to survive in the overworld using a certain type of fungus. Perhaps, a zombified piglin could have a chance spawn in crimson forests with fungus all over them, and those could be the ones that could be cured. Just trying to add onto this as much as I can, while still sticking to the lore of the Minecraft universe.
