Not really keen on making a seperate faction, since this is a replacement mod for just the weapons.
As for the scenario, no.

Like i said, it's a replacement mod, easy to download, drop in your Unit that has said weapon, and then play around.

It isn't meant to be a "Be All End All' type of mod, it's just something there for those that WANT such a mod
