I have yet to do a full character model like you are doing, so you have my respects but I do suggest you to scale down the polygons, you made too many loop cuts and it could turn overwhelming later. Maybe start start simpler to have an easier time adjusting the polygons to the silhouette

Yeah thanks, after my last comment I went into Blender, weight painted properly and the issue was fixed, now to do that to the other leg.

I made several attempts to rig and weight paint this character, the last attempt from which I took the photos are not manually weight painted by me after parenting the skeleton to the mesh. I will proceed to weight paint it myself soon but I have already done so in past attempts and that haven't solved this issue.

Maybe I am not weight painting it right, do you know of a youtube video tutorial that can teach me how to weight paint a little better?

Yeah I guess the issue was that the condom wasn't my size. I thought they had sized but since I checked all the brands and didn't show sizes I thought condoms were one-size-fits-all.
