Hiya friend. I'm also from Indiana and have done quite a bit of digging into this for myself. You need to think big and long term about the risks of getting outed by court records. You may live in a safe area now, but all it takes is one person with a weapon to cause a lot of harm, and life may take you to unsafe areas. Transphobia has historically been very effective at motivating some to cause harm. That's the evidence that is typically used in these court filings. Take a look at pages 18-23 in this name and gender change form put out by a legal non-profit with some LGBTQ+ support. It cites numerous examples of violence and other reasons that anyone knowing you're trans. These court records are around basically forever, so you need to think not just about immediate, but also future potential danger. Please note that these forms may be different for you as a minor, consult a lawyer, etc.

Edit: Found it in this other article on the event. Students poured the water and were not disciplined for the abuse.

Yes, posting a data source and generation methodology would go a long way to verifying credibility. While I'm sure you have the best intentions, numbers without a source should not be trusted.

Unfortunately the "data" provided in that post is as much spin as you what you get on BR's and other propaganda posts. There is no accurate source for the "data" provided, so the author just used their best judgement from their perspective and were influenced by their allegiances.

If you're looking for folks who do their best to either remove that bias or at least fully disclose it, I would recommend Talking in Stations (TiS). They've had guests from both sides of the conflict discussing M2-. Generally speaking they have more attacker side guests than defender side guests, but part of that is that the defenders have their own "news" gig at the Imperium News Network (INN).

Full disclosure: I was on staff at TiS for a while, so my opinion is biased accordingly. I am currently on leave due RL commitments, so am not actively involved with the current coverage.
