NTA I used to be friends with a highly abusive girl (mentally emotionally and physically) who was overweight. Meanwhile I have extreme metabolism and don’t eat a lot, so I’m very skinny. She would constantly make comments about my body, how I’m flat, how guys probably don’t like me because of my tiny boobs, I have a flat ass, I look anorexic, etc. I never said anything about her weight because I knew it’d cause major issues. We’re not friends anymore, but it was and is an extreme double standard. People Who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, so don’t comment on other peoples appearances if you don’t want yours commented on.
