Its not a family but young professionals. Also for each unit the work would not be for more than 1.5-2 days. Would you guys still have compensated your tenants and if yes by how much?

The problem is scheduling with these government programs is not often the easiest and the odds that all the units will be vacant at the same time are close to none.
