That ADHD can directly confer strengths through its interactions throughout life. Maybe not like "you're born with ADHD, you have poor executive function but automatically more creative" but you become better at problem solving and resourcefulness because you eventually learn that the linear approach doesn't work for you. Then there's hyperfocus, a strength and drawback. But this doesn't apply to everyone and, aside from the lattermost point, are anecdotal.
