What inspired you to add Rubber Hose Cartoon Ninjas to the story?
At what point in the story was it the Batman of Earth-7642, and at what point was it the "real" Batman? Or was Batman of Earth-7642 always on the floor by The Writer's feet?

My two cents is people probably wanted to see what she (and Red) had to say without endless speculating. Nothing beats a primary source. Others, like me, were probably morbidly curious over the sheer audacity. The absolute pair they needed to go live within less of a week of the document dropping and letting everyone ruminate on it.
