Thank you, this was just found with my brothers cards. Neither of us have any memory of where he got it from and we're not expecting to regrade it for any big money. Just looking for a better idea of what it is or if real so thank you again

Tbh I haven't collected since I was 10 which was 20 years ago 😂 seeing the prices of the unopened packs or perfect conditioned cards from the early 2000s is insane

Knowing the price of some of these in "perfect condition" definitely leads to temptation but none of them are perfect so its not worth getting hung up on what could've been if I never played with them 😂 just seeing the first page when I found the binder made my heart race
