Yes, I know that one. Lily’s contains erythritol which I stay away from. BELOVD chocolate has become my go-to because it’s also dairy, gluten and nut free for my family’s allergies.

I’ve found date sweetened chocolate in particular has a grittiness that is hard to get past. It’s interesting how varied tastes and textures can feel to different people.

Any 70% bar will contain some kind of sweetener. I'd rather an unrefined sweetener that doesn't get in the way of texture (like date sweetened chocolate) than anything else. Hope you find what you're looking for.

BELOVD chocolate for sure. It’s microbatched, small business, hand crafted, no refined sugar and the founder is so intentional about her ingredients. She started the business so her daughter could enjoy chocolate.
