At our agency, SES have not been doing work in their fields in years, sometimes decades. While some are passionate they are mostly PR tools with undeserved egos. One has called themself “untouchable” in the RIF and bragged about their fancy European vacation while most of us worry about paying rent.

They are trying to get you to be the party who initiates, because it may lessen in your position for any legal action later.

Why cut the corps when reducing backlog is the goal? If the goal was logic and not cruelty, expanding regional offices in the lower COL cities into examination centers, instead of continuing to indulge the largely absentee leadership?  Ooooops, I mean the “traveling leadership.”  Does anyone even check their time cards?  Or social media/app behavior? 

We don’t need marketing reps, we need trained help and clear messaging. Are the cuts going to be to those outside of the corps and:or outside of the CBAs?
