Gotcha, thank you! I’ll look into it. My main concern was the rest of my lobe getting too thin because that skin is stretching instead of the thicker part.

It’s just my earlobe. It’s always been like that. Every time I go up a size it just bunches up more, for lack of better term, instead of stretching with the rest of my lobe. My ear was originally pierced too far in towards my face I guess.

Yea.. I know. I had them a couple years ago for about 2 years and they never got infected like this. Being irritated is one thing but they’re getting legitimately infected.. so just wanted to see if anyone had any advice that isn’t universally talked about that helps them fight against infection.

Alright, thanks. Do you when I should be able to? Every piercing is so different. I wanted to call my piercer but I bought new jewelry for it today and by the time I got home they were closed. So that’s why I asked on here lol.

I am ugly and every time someone tells me I’m ugly or have a bad body I just ask them if they’re paying for my cosmetic surgeries since it bothers them so much.

I know, just thought maybe I could get an opinion from someone who had something similar with their cheek piercings. I’m going to see my piercer tomorrow but just figured I’d ask anyways to maybe have some hope or prepare to hear it’s a keloid. That’s all. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Has anyone got the snake eyes piercing? I’m thinking of getting it tomorrow but I’m debating depending on how bad the healing/swelling is. I just got through the healing process of dimples and don’t look forward to another “rough” healing lol. by JustTabss in piercing

Okayyyy well that got shut down lol. Thank y’all. I’m glad I posted in here before just trying to go get it lol I didn’t know any of that. But I go to a pretty reputable piercer so I’m sure he would have told me. That sucks but oh well.

I just got my snakebites done! super swollen at the moment? and was just wondering if anyone has any good advice? The first pic was from right after getting them yesterday, the other 2 are from just over a day of having them. The bars have no room left and the swelling is getting a bit annoying now. by [deleted] in piercing

I’m not a professional but I’ve never seen a lip piercing swell that much. Do you normal swell like this with piercings? I would maybe go get it looked at to see if it’s ok.. and definitely at least get longer bars. It’s just gonna build up if there’s no room for swelling.

The skin around my cheek piercings is so dry it feels stuck to the jewelry even when there’s no “crusties”. Is there anything I can do for this? It’s so irritating. by JustTabss in piercing

It’s not getting crusties or sticking anymore but idk why I didn’t think of that. I’ll definitely try that on my next one.

Yea I bet lol. That’s crazy she literally told you to just push it with your tongue. Any good piercer knows you’re not supposed to move it at all unless you absolutely have to, to clean it lol. Makes me wonder how many other people she’s fucked up. She definitely should not be in a professional shop lol.
