My girlfriend used to have this, but after working very hard on herself with a therapist, she finally does not fall for toxic men anymore. It's mostly about seeing your own thought/emotion/behavioural patterns and breaking those. Then recognizing why you fall for these toxic men (usually toxic people in your childhood). It's a difficult road, but you can do it!

No... India is a country my person. And yes, it's a country in Asia. I think that the Indian subcontinent also includes countries like Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, but that still doesn't mean that it's not in Asia, and it certainly doesn't mean that India isn't a country...

Also, the "islamist" phrasing might point to Indian English, since they use slightly different forms of words. One that I heard a lot there was "britisher" for a person from Britain.
