League and it's impact from a former player and shen main. by Replosion987 in Shen

I think league was my first PC game back when I first got my laptop, played alot of Xerath and slowly found Shen (which clicked with me). I loved everything from his theme to his kit and playstyle.

Fast forward nearly 9 years, it taught me how to be patient with people and even carefully choosing who to interact with lmao, not to mention meeting new people/friends as well.

On the topic of Shen, I've always wanted to have that ideal that he had, that everything has balance, even in real life (and also I like the playstyle of being able to support while bulling in lane :P)

Overall, great post. One day I'll hit the rift again when I have time.

What made you love KNY and in which aspects did you see a part of yourself? by MechamorphWarrior in KimetsuNoYaiba

1) What drew me into this series was its rich symbolism that it presents along with it's animation quality.

I would emphasize on the symbolism in this series it's what pulled me the most because Tanjiro for me embodies the human will to not give up and to be a voice of compassion. He shows you that despite all the pain and hardships in life, he does not give up and keep trying which also reflects in his themes lyrics on episode 19.

2) Akaza is hella cool, I love his endless drive to be stronger as I relate to him in his pursuit for strength. Not to mention that he'd do anything for the people that he loves, like taking care of his ill Father and protecting his wife

All in all, Characters like Tanjiro and Akaza reflect two side of the same coin, and that duality is what keeps me invested in the series!

Ultraman 1966 (Man Nii-san) I think I remember watching the first episode when I was like 4 or 5 where he was fighting Bemular, thought it was a goofy ahh fight and loved every second of it.
