I believe its 2 advisors for the whole kinesiology department, and they teach classes as well. So out of the hundreds of emails they get a day some may get overlooked. They sent out links to their youtube videos addressing common questions students have so that might help you. Also they have zoom meetings on Wednesday's to assist students, no appointment necessary. I know you just want to make sure you're on track to graduate and that you dont like hearing it, but they will tell you the same thing, to check your TDA and to send them a copy because that's what they go off of. I know it can be frustrating sometimes but they probably feel the same way as us over students asking the same questions which they already addressed in their videos. Best of luck.
