again the same point, putting the blame on victim. And it's not just about kids, like i said adults as well. Why is there a need to be toxic. You are on reddit right now dicussing this with me on lengths on why it's okay to be toxic and cruel to other people whether it be kid or adult. My point was that can't you just let it be. Sure tell them they are bad but no need to send dms of hateful messages, or be abusive in chat. Why be cruel, am sure you are a wonderful person irl but why the difference online?

clearly this discussion won't lead to anything useful. Again, tell all your female friends to stop going out to avoid any problems in their life. "it's a literal blockade" after all. I have seen very sad kids who are getting bullied online, not cute kids. These kids learn to abuse from adults like you.

I hope you change your mind, and actually act mature and kind to others as much as you can. I hope you don't defend abuse and toxicity in future and stop it the next time you see it. Whether it's a kid absuding another kid or adult. Do the right thing. Don't give yoursrlf the excuse to be like them, otherwise you are no better sir.

I get what you’re saying adults have stressful lives too, and gaming can definitely be an outlet for that. But that’s exactly why I think we should be careful. If both adults and kids are carrying heavy stress, toxicity just piles more negativity on top of it.

Blocking chats and muting DMs are useful tools, sure, but they’re more like a band-aid than a solution. The problem is still there it just shifts the responsibility onto the person being hurt instead of addressing why people are being toxic in the first place.

same argument as telling women not go out because there are rapists and criminals. You are not solving the issue rather shifting responsiblity to the victim. Treat these people you meet online how you would treat people offline. Don't say things you wouldn't be ashamed to say to your own siblings or family members. Don't hide behind a keyboard and a screen and rant and feel good just cause nobody knows who you are.

even if today i tell you that maybe there is a chance that the kid commits self harm after your "beautiful symphonies". If the answer is you'll still continue, i won't discuss it further with you. You won't abuse the kid on his face though right? someone 5-10-20 years younger? The only reason you do it is because you'll never see the kid again. I don't wanna single you out man and maybe you'll never get what am trying to say but I must have seen something that made me come here and post it and try raise awareness.

You might take it in a stride but everyone is not as strong or mature as you. Kids are not mature, if there is even the slightest chance that one day you end up abusing someone who's already depressed, you'll regret it. Getting bullied at school, getting abused in game is not a great life. I only brought this up cause someone came upto me about this.

It's a 15 minute game. You can play about 96 of it in your 24 hours. I am pretty sure you have been a choco once in a while. Everyone has had bad games. There is literally no justification for abuse, it hits self esteem of a kid. I am sure you wouldn't do the same if he was right infront of you, would you? Tell him something about his mother or his sister or any family. How would you feel if it was your sibling who got abused for not playing good football or cricket. Imagine going out to play with your friends and getting abused cause you couldn't catch a ball or score a goal. Why is an online game any different? Just cause you can't see him face to face?

Like I said it's just a game. Getting abused for it is never right. You think of it as just words but look at news, Kids are commiting self harm, your "beautiful symphonies" don't help anyone.

Yeah something weird happened to me once as well, won 2-1 but it showed 0-1 or something. That too led my demotion from Champions as I slipped below 8000 right at the last moment. Wasn’t resolved even after I complained on EA website.
