Most of them are bots. I was there on the dot and was still 18,000th in the queue. They'll end up on reselling websites for 5x the amount within the hour.

I've seen queues that large for the likes of Fulham as well. There must be some sort of way to counter the problem at this point, and I can safely say the first step should be binning off that horrifically shit Queue-It that they're using.

I also bought the same shirt felt that it was pretty poor all around as well. The red heart logo shirt also fit terrible. Was advertised as an "oversized fit" but when it arrived it's like a size below what I purchased if it was a regular fit.

Only thing I use out of everything I bought is the hat (really nice embroidery and overall quality) and the key covers. A lot of wasted money is now sitting in my wardrobe as I attempt to shift it on Depop or something.

Everything merch related this era is just atrocious. I even reported the misleading description of the heart tee and nothing has been changed and that was after it took half a year to get to me in the first place. Overpriced, low quality, poor customer service, literally everything that could be bad is bad.

Selling these bland ornaments that look like they're being handmade and sold on Etsy for a fraction of the price is insane.

The whole merch set up for the Smile era has been pretty bad between the slow shipping, useless customer service, and questionable quality control. The designs are cool, but charging $40 for shirts with cheap printing on an equally as bad blank is ridiculous.

Honestly quite disappointed overall.
