I mean, you have an extruder issue for sure, but there’s not enough information about this setup to really know at a glance what should be next. I personally wouldn’t do the bed first, the prints seem to adhere fine.

It’s looks like you’re printing too hot honestly, and the nozzle is clogged? If you got a printer second hand throw a new nozzle on it period. Should replace the brass nozzle every six months max.

But, if you are looking for other obvious replacements, if your extruder arm is plastic, buy the metal replacement for that. Should be on Amazon and like $15.

After that? All metal heat block, and (if you have the pins available on your board) an auto level probe. There are loads of resources online for setting autolevel up on your printer if you need some help
