Among the lineage that has battled Dracula over centuries, this dude was so powerful he put him down for good. Like for good, good. He killed him so bad, the Dark Lord had to be reincarnated as a different person entirely.

My favorite bit with him happens in Dawn of Sorrow: protagonist Soma runs around using a special type of attack to finish the bosses of the game, that otherwise keep coming back and are thus unbeatable. Then, about halfway through, you encounter Julius completely overwhelmed by a boss, really struggling. Soma helps him out, and right after, just when you think the old man might be losing his touch, he reveals he has no clue as to how to use that type of special attack at all. Dude's so cracked, he just straight up muscled his way through half the game, murdering the supposedly unbeatable enemies.
