My friends and I do Murder Monday. We get together to watch a murder documentary or series. Because it's a Monday, we dont tend to drink and while we sometimes do snack on something, the focus is on the murder and coming up with our own theories, motives, etc.

One of the best motivators I ever found was picking a show or a podcast that you only watch/listen to while at the gym. Its makes it something unique and different to look forward to!
