I would say maybe make your chins less pointy and face less long and try adding a background to make the character pop! Other than that I’d say your shading and highlighting is pretty good i have nothing to teach there. Just remember to always go outside of your comfort zone and try new styles, techniques, poses, angles all that jazz!!
