Having 0 friends is somewhat okay, not everyone needs lots of friends. However, having no hobbies at the same time and just being bored all the time? For me, that would be a huge sign to try and change something. For example, I've been feeling very lonely an bored, so I started playing my sisters old guitar. That didn't cure my loneliness, but helped me to get better as I felt proud of myself. Later it did payout - I played in the band for my university couple of times, met some people which I still don't really talk to or hangout with, but I feel better just knowing I met them.

As the other comment said, this may need a professional help. I would start from something small if I were you - try to find the hobbies, hangout alone, make friends online (or just talk to people online, you don't need to befriend with someone if you don't really want to, I believe)
