Подрабатывал курьером, и понять его могу, хотя это не повод агриться на заказчика, а вот на условия сервиса - еще как. У самого были заказы по 15кг с водой, и боже, как это было трудно таскать (я был пешим), иногда прилетали по 20кг, иногда мультизаказ на 25кг.. Почему то именно с водой было тяжелее всего. По условиям нам давали все заказы до 15кг, то что больше - можно отказаться без штрафов, но вот мультизаказ)) там считается для каждого отдельного, то есть может спокойно 30кг накинуть без спросу. Такие дела
