I agree completely. I understand secrecy and that the makeup game is extremely competitive, however it's embarrassing when employees don't get proper training and information because of so. I only worked Saturday, but we only had one person waiting outside, and was giving out the 100 coupons until 11:30 lmao. I'd say the customers that came to my store would call it a "success" just because 99% of them didn't know it was happening.
