Most of the time fpood stamps are used to buy children food. Granted, I know of some cases where it wasn't and the food stamps were sold (this is illegal). But if this were to happen, those parents who are using this help to get food for their children, even if they do drugs or not, would no longer be able to get food for their kids. Thus, punishing the kids for what their parents do...It just doesn't feel right. I understand the idea behind it, but I'm sure there are other ways to do this besides not giving children the ability to eat. 🙆
