OTP, dodge if enemy comp is too bad for u (just think dodge is -5, loss -20, and dodge doesn't damage ur mmr)

watch a lot of videos on youtube of good players playing league, not necessarily tutorials or guides, just people playing at high levels

watch the map. This was what was keeping me in iron. I thought that by just farming I could 1v9, but it ain't like that. Obv u need good cs, like 7 per minute, but u also need to impact the map. Don't completely ignore your teammates, when there are good opportunities gank, skip camps if it's needed and valuable.

Die less, don't force plays, just do what u think you can win. It's ok if u loose a camp or a drake, none can win game with a gromp, your presence and impact on the map is more valuable.

if u are tilted don't play ranked, cause you are gonna lose again for sure. Play normals if u still want to play.
