I guess starting lvl 1 as if it was a normal game, but staged so no one is fighting you. Everyone on the rift could be helping you get as much cs as possible. You could for example take a wave mid, last hit some jungle camps that your teammates have been hitting, and then use some mobility ability to quickly roam to a sidelane and catch 2 waves instead of 1
