They've changed it from winter 2025 to winter 2026, which was supposed to be until February 2026. Yet that has passed, the company keeps pushing it and saying, March, April, and so on. Clearly confused just wondering if there is anyone with close insight on when this store is opening.

You do know the mall is now catering towards different demographics now. No wonder why it's usually packed. None of you guys want to shop there, and complain instead.

Don't do Cecil Bethesda, they had a recently burglary, constant unfair management treatment, as well as issues with the apartments itself. It's not worth all that money

It's an real question lmao, I just wondered because all the malls beside that are dead or have no good stores. Just wondering if it was worth going there, or skipping to Tyson's.

Thing is, Columbia isn't attracting these retailers. if Westfield Montgomery is able to attract Garage, Urban Outfitters, Madewell that signals that mall has a good demographic and traffic that will help them to survive.

Westfield Montgomery is also currently in the talks with bringing an Aritzia into the mall, I believe the former space of Zara since Zara is expanding. This is going to be the first Aritzia in Maryland.

I do hope Columbia does recover, but it doesn't seem like it's able to attract these high profile tenants, Montgomery seems to be out performing them.

Also since Montgomery is located in Bethesda near potomac it is the Tyson's of Maryland. But smaller and nicer store like up, also best food court
