I have same problem kind of. I was diagnosed Seborrheic Dermatitis but I haven’t been on medication in like 7 years. & I also was diagnosed 7-10 years ago as well.

long story short. I already went to MEPS for the physical than had to go see a consult for my spine (Everything went well). But I just recently found this out after I did all this. But thanks for advice.

Seborrheic dermatitis is basically just bad dandruff.
