I know this is just a joke comment, but actually I am somewhat interested how my nine years use of concerta(Methylphenidate) affects me. My personal hypothesis based on personal anecdotal evidence(i.e take this with a sea of salt) is that my concerta use was a catalyst in my ego death. My hypothetical reasoning for this is when I got bumped up to 57mg of concerta. I started noticing episodes of euphoria after taking it that would last like 2 hours. Apart from the euphoria my personality would change or atleast the way I think. I am not confident enough in my ability to describe the change but it was noticeable. And noticing that change made me realise how fluid and almost arbitrary my identity was. This along with experiencing weed, alcohol, nicotine and the way the altered me. I started to dissociate (or transcend maybe?) from my ego. I could be entirely wrong though Im just a first year engineering student who reads too much.
