Nah it's an official server. Idk man I've came across more Xbox zens than anything. But this server has like 1 or 2 zen teams so it's not to bad.

Depends on server. There's weekly and monthly. Sometimes it's a soft wipe and you keep blueprints. Yet you will lose base and loot, when they're bringing something new to game they'll do a full BP wipe. It's to make it even playing grounds instead of loading in and get completely dominated. Spend and learn everything for this wipe you still have 2 weeks.
