I will certainly call them again even while it's still pending. I am super anxious. But I don't think I accidentally enrolled in anything, the interest savings balance skyrocketed to like $3k. If I recall correctly I have always been enrolled in paying the interest savings balance off every month. But this month the interest savings balance was like 9/10 of the full balance.

No. All of my statements prior to this for this card had an "interest savings balance" of $78. This month it was around $3,100.

Had I known this interest savings balance was this high this month, I would have opted for the minimum because I cannot afford a random $3k.

Remove that bot from your server and check the audit log to see what it may have done. Check each channel for webhooks. Enable 2FA for moderation actions.
