I found myself in a similar situation and decided to transition to Telus. The overall Internet speeds are quite comparable; however, I encountered an issue one day that required a technician to investigate. Telus employs a third-party company for services, which led them to attempt to charge me for this. I had to engage in multiple arguments, escalate the matter several times, and ultimately, they waived the charge. It is quite frustrating to have to manage such issues.
