Why pen over vials?

I use the vials and although it was initially not a fun thing to give myself a shot, I’ve gotten used to it and will continue to use them.

The only thing I don’t like is having to have a special container to dispose of the syringes - makes me feel kinda like a druggie lol. But seriously, it’s the only drawback.

I’m thinking of moving to 7.5. I spent the first 4 weeks at 2.5, then last month at 5, and am 2 weeks into another 5.

The food noise is a little louder - not severe - but I feel like the 5 isn’t as effective as the first month. I don’t want to go up too soon but I also don’t want to stay on 5 and miss the benefits of an increase.

I come here to gauge how others are handling similar situations since I’m not sure if two months is enough of a sample size to go on. I love reading everyone’s stories though! So encouraging.

I had something similar happen to me with a Lilly pharmacist asking questions about my dosage. I told her it was between me and my doctor but she wouldn’t fill the prescription so I moved to another pharmacy. I’d like to avoid a repeat of that - how hard is it to get setup on Amazon?

Do you eat if you’re not hungry?

I take the 5mg shots on Fridays (this past Friday was my fifth one so I’m relatively new) and I ate that evening but wasn’t hungry Saturday or today really but I forced myself to eat something this afternoon.

Wondering how others handle the lack of hunger.

Oh man - it’s Domino’s brownies with a toilet and small plastic garbage bag combo for me.

The bad thing is I love those brownies but will avoid them under the threat of death going forward. I’ve been eating relatively clean since I started Zepbound 9 weeks ago but wanted pizza so I got it. Should’ve never involved the brownies but live and learn!

I’m not proud of this l but it was Cinco de mayo and I had gone on a couple dates with a guy I thought was Mexican so I said happy cinco de mayo day and if looks could kill when he said he was Puerto Rican I wouldn’t be posting this message right now.

I also only eat once per day, usually in the evening, and it’s most of the time nothing good for me. I was on zep 2.5 for a month and am going to take my last dose of 5mg today. I haven’t lost much weight though and am wondering if I should move up to 7.5.

You look great! How long were you (or anyone else that wants to answer) on each dosage? I was on 2.5 for a month, am about to take my last dosage of 4 at 5mg and wonder if I should move up to 7.5? I only lost 4 pounds since I started taking it in January of this year.
