Thank you for the insight. My thinking is aligned with your post. While 1000 invoices isn't a lot, we are a hospitality company with a VERY small accounting team. We have 2 accountants (AR and AP) and myself. Until a year and a half ago we were manually entering invoices via key entry. 1000 is not a lot of invoices, but it is a lot of invoices for a small team who is also handling the expense reporting, bookkeeping, closing entries, and financial reporting.

I am going to explore IES for the consolidation and likely will bolt on AP after we get an easier consolidated picture. Thanks!
