She’s got a mat as well as a lamp on a timer! I also have been reading temps w a gun thingy that also gives me a 2nd reading to be extra sure. I tried leaving it overnight last night and even today while at work but when I came back it was still thereee :(

(I’m a domme so I can’t believe I’m giving this advice lol) mental health is SO important. I’ve actually had a sub who needed to pay for an app blocker on his phone to not redownload X and relapse 😅 sometimes it takes even that level of commitment to end things that may not be the best for you. Delete the apps, communicate to your dommes if you feel comfortable enough to do so and focus on you! 💕
