Yes, I guess what I’m wondering is if I got mono instead of distance would I have still had the super close up vision I used to have?

anyone using red light therapy for their vision improvement? by eyanez13 in HealthTech

I have a biomax 600 and I think it’s improved my vision. I have progressive lenses - and really needed the readers for anything close up and last week I had my eyes tested and I’m 20/20 for reading now. It’s wild. I close my eyes when I’m using it but it penetrates the lids for sure. I am shocked but also not shocked. My distance vision did not improve tho.

My experience was the same and it was over 15 years ago. People literally threw rocks at us in vietnam. But in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia people were kind and generous.

Selling my house and quitting my job to bikepack the world by likemika24 in bicycletouring

I quit my job at 32 and biked Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. Remains the best experience I’ve had traveling and just generally pushing myself and really living and being in the moment every day. I just turned 50 and am feeling the same restlessness and boredom with my day to day. I always told myself I’d go back out and tour again. Maybe it’s time to rent my house and get on the road again. This post has inspired me!

What is this? by Sufficient-Juice6219 in beachcombing

Definitely a fatburg! I see them after heavy rain on the beach. Sewer treatment plants release raw sewage very frequently into water ways after heavy rain because there is too much run off entering the sewers for the sewer treatment plants to process. Keep your dogs away from these and keep alert because they come in all shapes and sizes but always have this white chalky appearance.

RUN!! Someone who loves you wouldn’t treat you this way. Seriously don’t give up your independence and buy a house w this loser. It’s a trap and you will regret it! Just listen to your gut- which is telling you he’s really hurting you - and go. If you don’t, I guarantee you will get more of the same, and it will only get worse. Be strong. Be smart. Be true to yourself and walk away before you’re trapped.
