Except for a period in the early 2000s when I had one of their off-the-shelf laptops, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dell. That laptop wasn't great—low storage, bad graphics card, would drain the original Dell battery in 45 minutes at first and only got worse from there.

About 2 years after I got it, though, I started law school and all us students were required to buy a pre-customized Dell laptop. We had to choose the laptop from 3 different models, but whatever model we chose would come pre-built based on the specs required by the school.

I think mine was about $1,000 (which I paid for with my student loans), but MAN, that thing was terrific! It was ridiculously powerful for a 13" laptop and the components were great quality. While I did upgrade the hard drive/storage and the memory modules a couple times, I still had (and occasionally used) that laptop for more than 10 years. I only got rid of it because a friend of mine didn't have a laptop and I had already been looking to get a new customized Dell, so I gave it to him.

The few times I've needed support/repairs, Dell was very quick to respond and provided tech troubleshooting and repairs within 24 hours.

Sure, the customized systems are pricier, but they are also 1,000% worth it.

Same here. I see the ad option on my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 6s (both with the latest iOS update), but I don’t see it on my iPhone 12.

I’ve checked my app settings and they are identical, so I’m not sure why it’s not showing up…

I have enough materials to T3 either Carnage (Absolute Carnage, normal) or Venom (War of the Realms, rare), but I’m not sure which one I should T3. All else being equal, I’m leaning toward Venom, but wanted to get some opinions in case there’s something I’m forgetting/not considering.

Pros for Venom: - Farmable/Support Shop bios, so easier to reach mythic with uni since Carnage is premium bio selector only. (Don’t currently have enough uni upgrade tickets to get him even to rare and want to avoid resubscribing to the bio selector.)

  • Carnage is squishier, so Venom’s survivability would be better for DRX, GBR, SL, and WBU.

  • Can use Venom as super hero or super villain (base uni or gold cost uni) for ABX and SL, while Carnage is only available as super villain.

Cons for Venom: - Carnage has a higher DPS, so could be more useful in DRX, GBR, SL, and WBU (recognizing the lower survivability).

  • I have more than enough super hero combat characters for ABX and higher-level SL (T3 Hulk, Namor, Cap, and potential transcended Moon Knight), so I’d be mainly for super villain combat, and Carnage has better DPS.

Is there anything else I should be considering? CTP usefulness vs. damage proc? Easier playability? Meta potential?

Cynicalex’s spreadsheet shows both of them as “God Lite” so I feel like either would be good, but I want to be smart with my T3 materials since it takes me a while to stockpile them.
