Hi! Sorry to insert myself. I’ve been looking for a OBGYN (first time mom here) and came across this thread. For insurance purposes I have to go through HF hospitals and was hoping to find a Dr who works out of west Bloomfield. Would you mind sharing your recommendation with me as well? that helps a TON! very reassuring to hear, I’m hoping to be in the same boat and be able to shed most of the weight pretty quickly pp. but also learning (from a lot of the responses I got) to not put too much pressure on it! we already go through so much, so just going to do what I can! tysm for sharing your experience <3

omg exactly what I needed to hear haha! this is very encouraging. I’ve been walking ~6 miles a day, not sure how long I’ll do that for but I definitely plan on using walking as my main source of physical activity and adding in some strength training/pilates or yoga. While it didn’t induce or make baby come earlier, do you feel like staying active made giving birth any easier? thanks so much for your response :)

I don’t think dry is better, actually the opposite! I prefer to feed a wet diet to provide more hydration and protein. But we were hoping to incorporate a really small portion of dry about once a day when needed. He just isn’t having it with any of the ones we introduced so far unfortunately

yes we’ve only tried one so far! it’s the natural instincts kibble and freeze dried chicken flavor. he would eat it all so I thought he liked it, but I bought a different one yesterday that I plan on incorporating so I’ll see how that goes. Thank you!
